CDP

CDP

Founded in 2000, the CDP is a global disclosure system that enables companies, cities, states, and regions to measure and manage their environmental impacts and specifically prompts companies to accelerate their ambition. This is particularly significant for companies since institutional investors use disclosed data to inform their decision-making, while big corporations use it to analyse and engage with their supply chain. CDP can be a time-consuming disclosure exercise. However, our experience shows benefits from taking a more strategic approach to CDP. The annual disclosure and scoring process gives companies a vital step to understand where they stand against rapidly rising expectations from investors, regulators, and civil societies.
