Aither Impact started from our company’s need to provide clients with the best offsetting solutions with high quality carbon and plastic credits that observe high integrity requirements that are most needed for today’s market.

Aither Impact acts as an advisor for clients looking to develop projects in developed or developing markets.

Understand Carbon and Plastic Credits

Carbon credits in the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) involve the process of reducing greenhouse gas emissions to achieve carbon neutrality by investing in offsetting projects that avoid or remove CO2 from the atmosphere in the Least Developed Countries (LDC).

A plastic credit is a tradable certificate that represents one metric ton of plastic waste that has been recycled or collected from the environment. These credits are generated by projects that physically recover plastic waste. Typically, in developing countries where solid waste management infrastructure is lacking.

Our carbon and plastic projects unfold the positive and necessary impact for communities, their livelihoods, the planet, its environment, and future generations.

Aither Impact Team

We have a team of experts in developing carbon projects most of them engineers that are divided into two areas:

Nature Based Solutions Team

Nature Based Solutions Team

They work on projects that avoid or reduce carbon emissions, simultaneously promoting biodiversity and environmental resilience for climate mitigation and ecological conservation balance.

Technology Based Solutions

Technology Based Solutions

They work on projects that not only reduce carbon emissions but also generate tangible community benefits, fostering a sustainable and inclusive approach to climate action.

Our Impact Coverage

Target allocation of 60% of projects in developed markets: USA, Europe, Australia, Japan and the UAE.

Target allocation of 40% of projects are directed towards regions in the Global South: Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.

Our Offsetting Projects

Our main goal is to mitigate climate change and with the additional benefits that our projects can bring to the society where they are implemented and the habitat they restore are immense.

Improved Clean Cookstoves

Our cookstoves project involves providing access to improved cookstoves that reduces consumption of fuel, currently non-renewable biomass, woody biomass. Check out the project

Afforestation, Reforestation, and Revegetation

Our ARR project involves the reforestation and regeneration of eligible land within a concession area under a renewable lease with the Malagasy government. Check out the project

Afforestation Reforestation

Our A/R project is focused on the plantation of Acacia Mangium tree. This species acts as a pioneer, accumulating biomass and nitrogen in the naturally poor soil of the area. Check out the project

Mangrove Conservation and Restoration

Our blue carbon project contributes to the resilience of the populations through the sustainable management of the mangrove and the fight against the effects of climate change. Check out the project

Plastic: Recycling, Reuse and Community Action

Our plastic project aims to critically reduce plastic waste by introducing a system for waste collection in fifty cities and villages in West Africa. Check out the project

Renewable Energy

Two projects aim to produce electricity using renewable sources such as solar power plants and wind energy. Check out these projects

Sanitation Biochar

Our project is addressing open sewerage problems by employing a circular sanitation system in densely populated communities and transforming human excreta into valuable resources such as biochar. Check out the projects
